Sometimes unplanned events can change life in a heartbeat. This has happened to me and my husband. My life is forever changed and this has impact on your child or children because the choice I must make is to close Wolfe Speech Therapy Plus: effective Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

Per state and federal regulations, the complete medical record is stored on a secure server in an electronic format and will be retained until your child reaches 18 years of age or 6 years from the dates of last clinical encounter.

Records can be requested by a parent or legal guardian via email at WolfeSpeach@gmail.com. Records will be provided electronically to the requestor and/or  faxed to another provider within 14 days of the request. Requests should be made by Friday, August 29, 2025.
